Hair in Karachi

Karachi's salt air and hard water are a genuinely tough combination for hair — the two together leave the cuticle rough and the ends brittle. A pre-wash oil is the cheapest defence against both, because it limits how much of that water the strand absorbs in the first place.

Zelvo is a pre-wash oil, which is exactly the right tool for that problem. Applied an hour before you shampoo, the coconut base moves into the hair shaft and limits how much water — and how much of whatever is dissolved in it — the strand takes on during the wash. How do I order Zelvo hair oil?

You order on WhatsApp. Tap any "Order on WhatsApp" button on this site and it opens a chat with us at +92 327 9356952 with your product already written into the message. Send it, confirm your name, address and phone number, and we dispatch the same or next working day.

Why is there no online checkout?

Because most of our customers prefer to talk to a person before they pay. WhatsApp lets you ask about your hair type, confirm the delivery charge for your area and change your order — none of which a checkout form does well. It also means we never ask you to enter card details on a site you have just met.

What if I don't use WhatsApp?

Call or SMS us on 0327 9356952 and we will take the order over the phone. You can also email zelvobeauty@gmail.com. We answer Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 8 PM.

Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?

Yes, for orders above ten bottles. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and the quantity you have in mind and we will send you the reseller rate sheet.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan and it is how most of our orders are paid. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged in advance.

How long does delivery take?

1–2 working days for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and 2–4 working days for the rest of Pakistan. We dispatch the same working day for orders confirmed before 4 PM, and send you the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is Rs 200 nationwide, and free on orders over Rs 1,000. The exact total is confirmed in your WhatsApp chat before the parcel is dispatched, so there is never a surprise at the door.

Which courier do you use?

We ship with TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P depending on your area. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp the moment the parcel is collected.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Not yet. We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad for family here, use their Pakistani address and phone number and everything works normally.
