How we handle reviews
- We never write, buy or incentivise reviews. Not one.
- A review is marked “verified order” only when we have matched it to a real delivery.
- We ask permission before publishing anyone’s name or city, and we trim only for length — never to change the meaning.
- Negative reviews get published too. If we hid them, the positive ones would be worthless.
- We do not publish before-and-after photographs. They are too easy to stage with lighting alone.

Order on WhatsApp, use it twice a week for eight weeks, then send us your honest verdict. We will publish it either way.
