Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan and it is how most of our orders are paid. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged in advance.

1–2 working days for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and 2–4 working days for the rest of Pakistan. We dispatch the same working day for orders confirmed before 4 PM, and send you the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Delivery is Rs 200 nationwide, and free on orders over Rs 1,000. The exact total is confirmed in your WhatsApp chat before the parcel is dispatched, so there is never a surprise at the door.

Not yet. We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad for family here, use their Pakistani address and phone number and everything works normally.

Eight ingredients and nothing else: amla, bhringraj, fenugreek (methi), black seed (kalonji), rosemary and hibiscus, cold-infused into a base of cold-pressed coconut oil and sweet almond oil. There is no mineral oil, no added fragrance, no parabens, no silicone and no synthetic colour.

Yes. The oil contains no sulphates, silicones or bleaching agents, so it will not strip colour. Used before washing it can actually help, since colour-treated hair is more porous and benefits most from a pre-wash oil.

Patch test first: put a little on your inner forearm and leave it 24 hours. Note that the oil contains sweet almond oil, so avoid it entirely if you have a tree nut allergy. If you have an existing scalp condition, check with your doctor before starting.

We will not promise that, and you should be sceptical of any hair oil that does. Hair fall has many causes — genetics, thyroid, iron levels, stress, post-partum changes — and no cosmetic oil treats those. What a good pre-wash oil does is reduce the mechanical breakage that happens during washing and combing, which for many people is a meaningful part of what they see in the drain. If your hair loss is sudden or patchy, please see a doctor.

No. It is a hair oil — hair does not have a gender. It is used by men and women, and it works the same way on both. It is also safe for children over three, using about half the quantity.

Like a herb garden — green and slightly peppery from the rosemary and kalonji, with a nutty base from the coconut and almond oil. There is no added fragrance, so the scent fades within a few hours and washes out completely.

Twice a week, before you wash. Leave it on for at least an hour, or overnight if you can. Give it a full eight weeks before you judge the results — hair grows about a centimetre a month, so anything faster than that is not really the oil.

Wash it out. Zelvo is a pre-wash treatment, not a leave-in serum. Shampoo twice with lukewarm water — the first wash lifts the oil, the second cleans the scalp.

Two to three teaspoons for shoulder-length hair, a little more if your hair is long or very thick. Used twice a week, a 120ml bottle lasts about five weeks and a 300ml bottle about twelve.

Yes, but change the technique: apply mainly to the mid-lengths and ends, use half the quantity on the scalp, and keep it on for an hour rather than overnight. An oily scalp is often a scalp that is over-washed and compensating.

If the bottle arrives damaged, leaking or is the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, at your choice. Opened bottles cannot be returned for change of mind — it is a personal care product and we cannot resell it.
