Privacy policy
What data does zelvoherbal.com collect?
This website has no accounts, no login, no contact form and no payment processing, so it collects no name, address, phone number, email address or payment detail from you. It records anonymous counts of which product buttons are tapped, and — only if analytics is enabled — standard aggregate visit statistics. Your name and address are shared with us in WhatsApp, not on this site.
What this website collects
When you tap an “Order on WhatsApp” button, we record that the tap happened: which product it referred to, which size, and which page it came from. We do not record your IP address, set an identifying cookie, or store anything that could be traced back to you. We use those counts to understand which pages persuade people and which do not.
If Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel are enabled on this deployment, they operate as those services normally do and are governed by their own privacy policies. IP anonymisation is enabled on Google Analytics. You can block both with any standard content blocker without affecting the site.
What happens when you message us
Ordering happens in WhatsApp. Once you are there you are in Meta Platforms’ service, governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, not this one.
To fulfil an order we need your name, delivery address and phone number. We keep those in our order records and share them with the courier delivering your parcel — TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P — because there is no other way to deliver it. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for two years so we can honour replacements and answer questions about past orders. Anonymous click counts are kept indefinitely because they contain nothing personal.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your order record at any time by messaging +92 327 9356952 or emailing zelvobeauty@gmail.com, and we will remove it within seven working days unless we are required to keep it for tax purposes. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Children
This site and our products are not marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
