These terms apply to your use of zelvoherbal.com and to orders placed with Zelvo Herbal. Using this site means you accept them.

Orders

This website is a catalogue, not a checkout. Prices shown here are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An order exists only once you have messaged us on WhatsApp or by phone and we have confirmed it, including the final price and delivery charge. We may decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our courier network, or a listed price was obviously wrong.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. We batch-produce in small quantities and may run out; where a product is unavailable we will say so before you commit to anything. Prices may change without notice, but never after we have confirmed your order.

Product information

Zelvo products are cosmetics. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product sold here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition — including hair loss. Individual results vary. Read the product disclaimer before use and always patch test first.

Intellectual property

The Zelvo name, logo, product photography and the written content of this website belong to Zelvo Herbal. You may quote our content with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce it wholesale, use our branding to sell your own products, or present our formulation as yours. Media assets for editorial use are on the press page.

Third-party services

Ordering happens through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms under its own terms. Delivery is carried out by third-party couriers. We are responsible for what we sell and for getting it dispatched correctly; we are not responsible for the terms or conduct of those services.

Liability

We stand behind our products: if something arrives damaged, wrong, or causes a reaction, we will replace or refund it as set out in the shipping and returns policy. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the jurisdiction of its courts.
